1. When will you deliver my order?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM from Monday to Saturday will be delivered in two to three business days, and orders placed after 3:00 PM will be delivered in four to five business days.
2. I’ve placed an order on What is the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, follow these easy steps:
  1. Sign in to your account on any of our brand sites or apps.
  2. Go to the My Account section.
  3. Go to the Orders section.
  4. Click on View Details next to the order of which you wish to check the status.
The order status will be displayed above the Order Details section.
3. Will you accept returns on my products?
Sure. We’ll take back any products you’ve ordered by January 30th, 2017, as long as they are unused or defective. Just make sure that you send it back to us within 15 days of delivery.
4. What happens to the Landmark Rewards points I’ve earned on my orders?
The Landmark Rewards points you’ve earned on your orders will continue to be valid. You can spend them on our new brand sites and apps or at any Landmark store.
